The dates will be Wednesday – Sunday 4-8 June and the cutoff date for making your hotel reservation at the discounted rate is 23 May 2008. The rate will be $99 plus tax per night. If you would like the buffet breakfast, the rate is $109 plus tax per night. The buffet rate is good for up to four people per room. At the upcoming 2008 Reunion, two lucky shipmates will receive an upgrade of their rooms from a standard room to a suite at NO additional cost. The hotel has made these two upgrades available to our group provided that at least thirty rooms are occupied for the reunion. To be eligible for this free upgrade, you must make reservations at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort Hotel prior to 23 May 2008. Four members of the Executive Board will then conduct a random drawing of all shipmates that have made their reservations at the hotel on time and the lucky ones will be notified at check-in.
